Did you know more than 11 million people see the Blue Angels at air shows yearly? The Blue Angels, the United States Navy’s flight demonstration squadron, was formed in 1946, making it the second oldest formal flying aerobatic team in the world, after the French Patrouille de France formed in 1931!

You’ll have the chance to see these elite and talented pilots live in Annapolis, MD as the prepare and perform during the United States Naval Academy’s Commissioning Week. Although the Academy isn’t open to the public, there are many spots along the river and near the USNA, the public can see them. Weather permitting, opportunities include:
