Co-Op Festival

Calendar > October Events

The Co-op Festival, hosted by the National Cooperative Business Association is the weekend of September 30-October 1, 2017! This unique event, hosted on the grounds of the National Mall, is an unprecedented opportunity to amplify the economic impact, diversity, and sustainability of a business model 70 percent of consumers say they already trust!

Designed to kick off Co-op Month, this two-day public awareness event will feature live music, high-profile speakers, games, giveaways, interactive booths, and even the unique opportunity to see a life-size cranberry bog! There will be a kid’s zone boasting games and activities, including learning how to milk a cow, and so much more.

This special festival also serves as a visual reminder of the success and diversity of the co-op business model. The Festival will also connect the trust consumers say they have for the co-op business model with the brands they already shop while introducing them to the full spectrum of co-ops building a better world in the US and globally.

The fun all happens at the National Mall, Washington, DC, September 30-October 1, 2017, 10 am to 4 pm daily.
