With so much fun and success last year, The City of Fairfax Police Department will hosts it’s second Cops & Kids Day on July 13, 2016! Kids 5 to 13 are invited to listen and participate in a variety of presentations, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and more! The schedule includes:

8-8:30 am: Introduction from Chief of Police, Carl R. Pardiny
8:30-9 am: Safety lessons and evidence collection
9-9:30 am: Animal Control Officer
9:30-10 am: K9 demonstrations
10-10:30 am: SWAT demonstrations
10:30-11 am: Motorcycle Officer demonstrations
11-11:30 am: Bicycle Officer obstacle courses
11:20-am-12 pm: Questions and snacks with Officers

This event is free, online pre-registration is required. This event will be held at the Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center, 3740 Old Lee Hwy., Fairfax VA 22030. Learn more.
