Celebrate the arrival of spring Russian style with Hillwood Estate, Museu, and Gardens Fabergé Egg Family Festival! On April 8-9, 2017, from 10 am to 5 pm each day, families can view imperial eggs and other Fabergé creations collected by Marjorie Post, the daughter of the famed Post Cereal empire. There will also be various entertainment options to enjoy including folk music, spirited dancing, and a family play of stories of Russian Easter traditions. Children can also take part in a traditional Russian egg-rolling game and decorate their own Fabergé-inspired egg in the Fabergé Workshop! Learn more.

Hillwood Estate, Museum, and Gardens is a unique place to spend an afternoon. Guests can explore the thirteen-acre formal gardens which feature the French parterre, a rose garden, and the Friendship Walk. Guests can also explore the museum featuring a collation of Russian imperial art, an 18th-century French decorative art collection, and the mansion of Marjorie Merriweather Post. Family days at Hillwood are also a great way to expose children different cultures right here in the DMV.
