Family Movie Night: Leap

This event has passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

Take this special opportunity to have a family night out – for free! On April 20, 2018, enjoy LEAP at Sherwood Community Center’s Family Movie Night. In this 2016 animated film, an orphan girl dreams of becoming a ballerina and flees her rural Brittany for Paris, where she passes for someone else and accedes to the position of pupil at the Grand Opera House.

It’s also a great time to clean out your pantry! Britepaths, a volunteer-based organization that identifies and addresses the unmet fundamental needs of Fairfax area residents, will also be onsite collecting canned food donations.

The fun all happens at Sherwood Community Center, located at 3740 Old Lee Hwy., Fairfax, VA 22030.
