Maryland Renaissance Festival

These events have passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

Step out of the 21st century and travel back in time to meet and greet King Henry VIII and his royal court at the Maryland Renaissance Festival!

Held on select days August 25-October 21, 2018, this popular annual opportunity recreates a 16th-century English village and is a popular outdoor event for the whole family with music, pageantry, and magic at every corner! Stroll down the wooded path, take a break at a local pub, treat your taste buds to a feast of foods, and shop at more than 140 unique handicraft stores.

And for smaller lads and lassies there are pony rides, archery, and juggling lessons. Plus, don’t miss the maze, pirate ship, play area, knighting ceremony, and a sing-along theatre production.
