Loudoun Spring Farm Tour‏

Loudoun County is not only home to amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, but it’s also rich with an assortment of farms, wineries, food sellers and makers, artisans, and more! On May 20-21, 2017, from 10 am-4 pm, you’ll have an opportunity to visit these new found gems during Loudoun County’s Spring Farm Tour.

This annual event offers families, friends, and residents a unique chance to visit with local business owners, find new favorite products, and discover all that our beautiful county has to offer. With more than 50 businesses participating this year, there will be activities and fun for the whole family!

The 2017 Spring Farm Tour is a free (unless otherwise noted), self-guided driving excursion. Families can stop at new and favorite spots while traveling throughout Loudoun County. A few of our family-friendly (and adult only) favorites are listed below. American Academy of Equestrian Sciences | Leesburg, VA
Stop along your route and tour this indoor equestrian facility. Home to Camp Koda and a variety of programs taught by world-class competitor Marina Genn, there will be free pony rides, hay rides, a petting zoo, and lots of fun! Plus, kids can enjoy workstations involving horse care, grooming, tack, horse training, and Camp Koda-related activities. Butterfly Hill Farm Store | Waterford, VA
Get up close and personal with the famously friendly alpacas of Butterfly Hill Farm and learn about these gentle and fascinating creatures.
