The National Air and Space Museum proudly presents their annual Family Day and Outdoor Aviation Display at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center on June 16, 2018!

Families are invited to explore the engineering and design innovations that have taken place during the last century of flight at this special outdoor event featuring more than 50 vintage and modern aircraft! You’ll also have the opportunity to speak with pilots and discover the science behind flight through hands-on, STEM-based activities. Admission is free, however, parking is $15.
The Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, a Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, has the world’s largest collection of flight and space exploration artifacts, encompassing everything from pirate ships and first airplanes to rockets and moon shuttles! The Museum features many year-round educational activities, presentations, and performances.
Learn more about exploration — and the courage and innovation that exploration takes — at this unique museum that offers free admission (parking is fee-based, however, visit after 4 pm and it’s free!).
