This Colorful Children’s Salon Has Closed Their Local Doors

Cartoon Cuts, a long-time destination for children’s haircuts and more, have closed their doors at Dulles Town Center. When reached for comment, they said they would not be re-opening at the mall and encouraged visitors to visit their Fair Oaks Mall location; find all their DMV locations here.
