Grab your aprons and get ready to roll, bake, and taste your way through pizza’s past and present!

In DCC’s hands-on Build-a-Pizza Workshop, on May 1, 2025, kids 7-15 will learn the art of making pizza from scratch—from kneading dough to creating their own unique toppings.

Along the way, the class will dive into the rich history of pizza, exploring how a humble Italian dish became a worldwide favorite. Participants will discover the cultural impact of pizza and its journey across continents to become a universal comfort food.
