Come one, come all, to the launch of an exciting free event to kick off Fairfax County Public Library’s summer reading program! This inaugural Children’s Summer Reading Celebration, held at Chantilly Regional Library on June 24, 2023, is designed to encourage young readers to continue their enthusiasm for reading straight into summer vacation.

Families will enjoy games, crafts, a bounce house, snacks, face painting, a DJ, a photo booth, food trucks, a mini zoo, and more. Plus, the 4th Annual Cinema in the Community will follow at dusk – enjoy a free outdoor screening of Disney’s Frozen: Sing-a-Long Edition!
