Come one, come all, to the launch of an exciting free event to kick off Fairfax County Public Library’s summer reading program! This inaugural Children’s Summer Reading Celebration, held at Lorton Library on June 10, 2023, is designed to encourage young readers to continue their enthusiasm for reading straight into summer vacation.

Families will enjoy games, crafts, a bounce house, snacks, face painting, a DJ, a photo booth, food trucks, a mini zoo, and more!
