Mount Vernon invites families with children of all ages on the autism spectrum to enjoy a sensory-friendly morning and tour on November 9, 2024.

Before your visit, you will receive materials to prepare your family for a visit, and upon arrival, you will receive a sensory bag (while supplies last.) Look for the Discovery Cart with a hands-on lesson about the production of textiles at Mount Vernon, explore the historic area and mansion at your own pace, and relax in the take-a-break room.

Admission for children ages 5 and under and members is free. Pre-registration required; link below.
