On the 225th Anniversary of George Washington’s death, explore Washington’s life and legacies, both in the 18th century and today!

At the Family Hub, on December 14-15, 2024, visitors will learn about Washington from his young life at Ferry Farm to his retirement at Mount Vernon. Explore how he shaped the United States and how his legacies live on! Participate in hands-on learning activities and pick up a take-home to continue learning later (while supplies last).

Family Day also features storytimes, character interpretation, trade demonstrations, and music of the revolution.
