The coolest event in the city lands at The Yards Park on February 24, 2024! Dress for the weather and head on into Washington, DC, for an arctic experience complete with ax throwing, snowboard simulations, Penguin Bowling, giveaways, and more!
Feeling frosty? Warm up at one of the many fire pits and grab food or beverages from one of the many participating restaurants, including Osteria Morini, Aqua 301, Due South Dockside, Trouble Bird, and District Winery. Plus, stop by the Hot Cocoa Hut and join in the Fon-Due South Fondu Experience.
This event is for guests 21+ only. Tickets include 1 complimentary drink voucher at participating on-site pop-up bars! This year’s event also benefits the Special Olympics District of Columbia, and a $5 donation is made on behalf of each ticket sold. In addition, guests can take The Polar Plunge in an above-ground swimming pool, showing their support for the more than 2,500 DC-based athletes who have the opportunity to compete in the Special Olympics DC Games!
