Hosted at Roer’s Zoofari, guests are invited to see the zoo come alive at night with thousands of luminescent, handcrafted sculptures. The LuminoCity Festival will take you to a dazzling new world with Lumi, the LuminoCity mascot, as your guide. US Capitol Christmas Tree[22]

Every year (for 51 years!), a different national forest is selected to provide the US Capitol Christmas Tree, which decorates the west lawn of the US Capitol building for the holiday season. Nicked named Sugar Bear, the 2021 tree, an 84-foot fir, came from the Six Rivers National Forest in California. Decorated and lit with thousands of twinkling lights, guests are invited to visit it on the West Front Lawn beginning in early December. The tree will be lit from nightfall until 11 pm each evening through January 1, 2022.
