Their popular summer camps allow kids to put down their mobile devices and interact with the people and places around them. They won’t even realize they’ve been technology-free with all the activities planned!
Not only do campers enjoy structured schedules that include daily martial arts classes, but they’ll also have the chance to build teamwork skills through high-energy games, the time to learn new computer programs (Photoshop, iMovie), and the opportunity to go on exciting field trips! From laser tag and swimming to making animal friends at the zoo, a huge variety of fun is planned!
Parents feel good about your choice of summer programs, too. Like many of the classes taught at Kaizen MMA, daily camp activities focus on your child’s mind, body, and spirit. Planned physical activities are designed to enhance wellness, athleticism, calmness, and stress reduction.
