This event has passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

KID Museum is launching KIDfest 2018 for all the little makers and creators in your life on September 23, 2018!

As the region’s festival dedicated to innovating and creating, this event is worth the drive with more than 80 exhibitors along with plenty of hands-on activities and demos. Drop into a Coding Jam, build a super-sized ball run with industrial pipes, program balloon-popping robots, and listen in on one of several “Kid-Talks” by local innovators and industry leaders.

More hands-on activities include assembling pinball games in the KID Arcade, making light-up Chinese lanterns, and experiencing 3D printer magic! From coding and problem-solving to collaborating and designing, you can expect to do and see it all at KIDfest 2018!

KIDfest is hosted at Veterans Plaza, located at 1 Veterans Pl., Silver Spring, MD 20910.
