You’re invited to the 29th annual Middle Eastern Food Festival from September 3-4, 2022!
This delicious event will feature more than authentic Middle Eastern food. You’ll also enjoy music, dancing, vendors, church tours (Holy Transfiguration Melkite Greek-Catholic Church), and activities for children and adults!
At this special event, smell the aromas from the outdoor grills and partake of Kibbee, Chicken Shish Kebab, Roast Lamb, Falafel, Fattoush, Hummus, Stuffed Grape Leaves, or any number of other delicious menu choices! But, be sure to save room for dessert and coffee — some of the mouth-watering Arabic pastries include Baklawa, Maamoul, Namoura, Ghraybeh, and Atayef, a pancake-like dessert stuffed with a delicious pistachio mixture and rose-water simple syrup.
Once you’ve satisfied your appetite, visit the vendors or go on a church tour. Children can enjoy the moon bounce, face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo, and participate in many games throughout the festival. A highlight of the event is the Saturday night “Hafli” (party in Arabic) that will feature live music and dancing!
The festival will be held rain or shine; admission and parking are free!
