At The Newton School, students are empowered to learn in a way that works for them! Serving Kindergarten through 8th grade, this private, non-profit school offers a supportive, movement-rich environment where kids thrive — especially those who may feel overwhelmed in traditional settings.

With small class sizes, individualized attention, and a strong focus on social-emotional growth, The Newton School creates a space where every child is understood, accepted, and inspired to flourish.

More than what they offer during the school year, they’re excited to share a new summer opportunity:

Food, Nutrition, & Science Camp • Gr 2-6
This special camp offers kids the opportunity to explore healthy eating through hands-on food prep and fun experiments!

Campers will dive into the basics of nutrition and labeling while chopping, mixing, and creating favorites like juice, salsa, yogurt, bread, and more. Alongside cooking, they’ll learn the science behind their meals, take field trips to local farmers markets and grocery stores, and enjoy time in a dynamic 30,000-square-foot space with trampolines, a foam pit, and a basketball court.

Camp is open to Newton and non-Newton students. Hosted 9 am-3 pm with optional before and aftercare, you’re invited to register:
