The nZone is Northern Virginia’s premier indoor sports complex! Featuring 3-indoor turf fields, two basketball courts, a fitness center, and fitness room, kids and adults of all ages love the nZone. Year-round, find plenty of activities, camps, and classes to keep you and your family energized, fit, and healthy.

This summer, the nZone hosts a variety of seasonal sports camps for children as young as 2-years-old. Each week features multiple camps offering athletes a chance to learn a new sport, develop their skills, and enjoy days full of action-packed fun! Most camps include options for before- and after-care, too, making them easy to fit into your busy summer schedule.

2019 summer camps include:

Sports Summer Camp (Ages 5-14)
The name of the camp says it all — nZone’s Sports Summer Camp introduces elementary and middle school students to a variety of sports and activities! Kids have a blast playing kickball, wiffleball, flag football, noodle hockey, dodgeball, and more. Each week features water play and extra fun like laser tag, Knockerball, Nerf battles, and lots of great experiences. To learn more and register, click here.

Little Stars Summer Camp (Ages 2-5)
A summer program perfect for the littlest campers, the nZone’s Little Stars Summer Camp is for children 2- to 5-years-old with no potty training required. Offered for 10 glorious summer weeks, parents can sign up for full weeks, multiple days (full- or half-) and know their kiddos will have the time of their lives! This summer includes themes related to the fair, sea, pirates, and more. To learn more and register, click here.

Slam City Basketball (Ages 5-17)
Slam City Basketball Camps are perfect for boys and girls looking to develop their game on the court. Athletes will practice and play in real game scenarios and receive personalized attention to work on necessary skills. This camp is led by Slam City founder and CEO Coach Webb, USA Basketball licensed coach and 2017 NACA National Coach of the Year! To learn more and register, click here.

Cheer City Camp (Ages 5-15)
Cheerleader athletes will learn the basics of the sport, with opportunities to build new techniques and confidence. Campers will work both individually and together and learn the importance of being a leader on and off the court! To learn more and register, click here.
