Located in the heart of downtown Leesburg, VA, The Painted Tiger Art Studio caters to all skill levels — from children to adults!
This quaint destination, with an intimate feel and relaxed vibe, wants guests to be able to cultivate artistic expression in a relaxed, social, and fun learning environment. The Painted Tiger offers opportunities to find your inner artist through various mediums, including watercolors, acrylics, charcoals, pencils, and inks.
From traditional classes and camps to birthday parties and even special adult Paint & Wine events, you’ll have the opportunity to create something uniquely you in a small group setting, surrounded by friends, new and old, and an encouraging teacher.
This winter, school-age children are invited to join them for the studio’s 4-week winter classes (Jan 22-Feb 12, 2023), including:
Creative Art
Grades 2-3
Over the 4-week course, classes will cover several painting techniques to give kids a chance to explore their creativity! In support of encouraging healthy communication, students will also have the opportunity to provide positive feedback on one another’s work. The studio and team strive to maintain a relaxed, fun environment to promote creativity.
Creative Painting • Van Gogh-Theme
Grades 4-5
This awesome 4-week series gives students the opportunity to learn painting techniques inspired by Vincent Van Gogh. They’ll apply these techniques to their own works of art, as well as have the chance to give input on one another’s work, serving to boost communication skills and confidence.
