Family Compass, a Fairfax County-based resource specializing in working with parents and children (including toddlers and preschoolers), presents “Parenting with Confidence During Times of Uncertainty” on May 28, 2020:

We are all dealing with a range of emotions during these unprecedented times, and parents are at the front lines in their own homes, providing care and guidance for their children and each other. This class will provide parents with strategies to cope with these stresses and plan for the next few weeks of continued social distancing.

This special online education opportunity will be facilitated by board-certified behavior analyst Elena Zaklis, LBA. Ms. Zaklis provides services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and facilitates social skills groups for children and teens. She also leads parent training groups and works with families individually.
