Girl and Boy Scouts are invited to step back in time with Tudor Place, a National Historic Landmark located in Washington, DC! A single-family dwelling, this residential time capsule boasts a 5 and ½ acre garden and contains beautifully kept collections and over 15,000 objects dating back to 1805! Troops will enjoy observing all kinds of historical treasures, including personal items belonging to Martha and George Washington, musical instruments, art, and antique furnishings.

As part of their Scout Program opportunity, Tudor Place invites troops to visit this house museum and partake in any of their 1.5-hour programs, specifically designed for youth education and enjoyment. Girl Scout programs include Enchanting Garden Explorations, Games and Graces, Art and Architecture, and even a Girl Scout Tea! Boy Scout programs include themes such as Nature Detective, Travel Through Time, and American Heritage.

Tudor Place is located at 1644 31st St. NW, Washington, DC 20007.
