Tons-of-Trucks

This event has passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

Chinquapin Park is home to this unique opportunity where children of all ages can explore their favorite vehicles and meet the people who protect, build, and serve the City of Alexandria!

On July 20, 2019, get behind the wheel of more than 20 different vehicles from seven City departments, including a fire engine, front end loader, dump truck, bucket truck, trash truck, sewer truck, and more. Plus, enjoy truck-themed activities, including an art project with the City’s Mobile Art Lab, book readings, giveaways, photo opportunities, and food truck vendors.

It is recommended that guests pre-purchase their tickets in advance via WebTrac. Click here and use keywords “Tons of Trucks” or activity code 184200-01.
