Chinquapin Park is home to this unique opportunity for children of all ages to explore their favorite vehicles and meet the people who protect, build, and serve the City of Alexandria!

On July 14, 2018, get behind the wheel of more than 20 different vehicles from seven City departments, including a fire engine, front end loader, dump truck, bucket truck, trash truck, sewer truck, vacuum truck, buses, and more. Plus, enjoy truck-themed activities including an art project with the City’s Mobile Art Lab, book readings, giveaways, photo opportunities, and food truck vendors.

It is recommended guests pre-purchase their tickets in advance via WebTrac. Click here and use keyword “Tons of Trucks” or activity codes 184200-01 and 184200-02.

This special event, hosted rain or shine, will be held at Chinquapin Park located at 3210 King St., Alexandria, VA 22302; parking is available at TC Williams High School, 3330 King St., Alexandria, VA 22302.
