This coming weekend, volunteers (ages 16 and older (firm)) are still needed for the Hot Air Balloon Festival (scroll down for event info)!

Volunteer days include:

Volunteer opportunities include:

Admin/Festival Helpers
Help with a variety of festival needs, including ticket sales, check-ins, first-aid booth attendants, and more.

---

Crew/Helpers for Hot Air Balloon Pilots
Help hot air balloon pilots with a variety of needs, including balloon tethers (ropes), line control, and more.
Close toes shoes are required; bring work gloves if you have them.

Volunteer benefits (on the day of the volunteer shift):

• Free shift meal
• Free tethered hot air balloon ride (weather-dependent)

This October, Prince William County Fairgrounds will be home to a Hot Air Balloon Festival!

On October 15-16, 2022, see incredible hot air balloons take flight, and even take a ride in one! Plus, as a grand finale each night, enjoy a Balloon Glow and Laser Show each night! All the balloons will light up in unison — this show incorporates music and visually stunning coordinated burns… creating a glow!

This special event will also boast a Kids Zone, including games, rides, inflatables, rock-climbing walls, and more! Plus, enjoy a DJ, live music, and even roving entertainers!
