Warrior Kids Yoga welcomes children to their upcoming Winter Yoga programs! But hurry, their six-week sessions begin on February 19, 2023.
All ages, from kids as young as 18 months old to children in 6th grade, will find opportunities designed just for them! Winter sessions include:
Terrific Toddlers
Ages 18 mo-2 yo
Toddler yogis will join Warrior Kids Yoga with their caregiver on the mat for a playful 6-week session full of songs and rhythmic movements sure to get them laughing and bonding before naptime. Caregivers are free!
Playful Preschoolers
Ages 3-5
Drop off your young yogi and make a quick Target run or stick around to watch as your preschool-age child joins Warrior Kids Yoga on the mat for a silly session full of songs and rhythmic movements sure to get them laughing and bonding. Be sure to ask about sibling discounts.
Super School Kids
K-6th Grade
Elementary-age yogis will experience breath, body, and mind connection with Warrior Kids Yoga on the mat. Then, through connection, breathwork, postures, and games, they’ll find their focus!
Who is Warrior Kids Yoga? Devoted to supporting the wellness of body, mind, and spirit through the teachings of yoga and mindfulness, Warrior Kids Yoga offers classes, programs, and special events for babies, toddlers, and school-aged children to enjoy on their own or in concert with their parents or caregiver.
Warrior Kids Yoga (WKY) helps little yogis stay healthy, cope with stress, and cultivate their inner strength both on and off the mat. During each class, children connect, breathe, move, and relax. Through playful programs, WKY’s certified yoga and mindfulness instructors give children tools to foster resiliency with a touch of grit and grace!
