Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa is celebrating World Wellness Weekend, September 16-17, 2023, with free day passes to the club available to the public.

Saturday includes a number of free classes and activities, like an open pickleball social, vinyasa yoga class, golf simulation play and practice, kickboxing training, Pilates, tennis, and mommy & me painting and a movie ($10 fee.) Free Body assessments are also available with a personal trainer. These are easy, non-invasive body composition tests done in less than 60 seconds. They measure fat, muscle, and water levels with the accuracy of gold standard methods. Participants can then track progress through a full-page results printout.

Then, on Sunday, the spa will provide free targeted massages using hot stones and free mini facials. There will be vendor booths, a goody bag of spa samples, and 20% off of all spa retail. Plus, INOVA Blood Donor Services will also be on-site (12:30-4:30 pm) hosting a blood donation drive.
