From adults to the littlest tater tot, there’s plenty of fun to be found at The Big Dig! You’re invited to join Great Country Farms for this year’s potato harvest — now paired with the Big Rigs Touch-a-Truck event for one big weekend of countryside fun!
For two days, from August 15-16, 2026, grab a shovel and head to the fields for the U-Dig Potato Harvest. Kids and adults alike will love uncovering potato treasures straight from the soil (potatoes sold separately by the pound), with tractor “rip” demonstrations throughout the day to make hunting easier for little diggers.
On Saturday only, don’t miss Big Rigs Touch-a-Truck! Get up close with farm trucks, construction equipment, fire trucks, and more — little truck lovers can climb aboard, honk horns, and meet the operators. Plus, complete a passport activity by collecting stamps at each vehicle station to earn a prize!
Admission also includes Great Country Farms’ 15-acre play area, meaning plenty of furry, feathered, and hoofed friends, rope swings, giant jumping pillows, six giant tube slides, and much more!
