Calling all pet lovers! Are you looking to add a furry friend to your American Girl family? Join the American Girl Store’s Pet Adoption Day on September 12, 2026, to adopt a new pet for your doll.

Afterward, head to the pampering station where your pet will receive a complimentary grooming service. Then, stop at the photo spot to take a picture with your newly adopted pet!

Girls will also go home with a goody bag that includes a pet food bowl and a Pets: Getting Them, Caring For Them, Loving Them book.
