The Learning Experience in Sterling is hosting a Kids Health & Fitness Workshop on May 17, 2025, featuring local health and fitness experts and developmentally appropriate fitness activities.

The goal of this event is to inspire children to keep their minds and bodies healthy and active, as well as to introduce families to this nationally recognized center.
