Constitution Avenue comes alive on May 25, 2026, with the sights and sounds of the Freedom 250 National Memorial Day Parade!

This year’s parade carries special significance as it honors 250 years of American service and sacrifice. Expect marching bands, color guards, floats, military units, and veterans groups making their way along Constitution Avenue from 7th to 17th Streets NW — from the National Archives to just past the White House. Special opening ceremonies and performances begin at 9 am ahead of the 10 am parade start.

No reserved seating is available, so bring your own lawn chairs if you’d like to sit.
