MBC’s Drive-Through Light Show | Vienna, VA
Evenings bring good cheer, family, and friends together at McLean Bible Church’s drive-through light show! This free event, hosted by church volunteers, invites all to partake in a dazzling lightshow held around the church’s Tysons Campus. US Capitol Christmas Tree | Washington, DC
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) selects the annual US Capitol Christmas Tree in consultation with the United States Forest Service; this year’s tree was chosen from the Carson National Forest in New Mexico. The tree will be lit by the Speaker of the House on December 4, 2019, during a ceremony on the West Front Lawn, and thereafter be lit from nightfall until 11 pm each evening through January 1, 2020.

Holiday Light Spectacular, Hosted by Washington National Cathedral | Washington, DC
Keep the holiday magic alive in the majestic setting of Washington National Cathedral as you are transported into a snow globe world, with the grand columns and high vaulted ceilings blanketed in snowflakes and other lighting effects!

Plus, enjoy a screening of the 1982 animated film The Snowman, as well as holiday favorites performed by a live orchestra and soloists. Based on the book of the same name by Raymond James, this classic animated film tells the poignant tale of a boy who builds a snowman that comes to life for one enchanted night. The film’s soundtrack will be played by the orchestra with a live performance of the dreamily unforgettable song, Walking in the Air.
