Ring in 2025 in Old Town Alexandra! For almost three decades, Old Town Alexandria has been home to family-friendly New Year’s Eve fun.
Known as First Night Alexandria, this highly anticipated end-of-year party on December 31, 2024, features live entertainment as public buildings, churches, stores, and hotels are turned into performance venues! Each destination is within a 1-mile walk throughout Old Town.
First Night festivities are truly for everyone, with a matinee kick-off at 2 pm and an exciting twilight fireworks show at 6 pm. For those who want to keep the night going, First Night Alexandria keeps going until midnight with Prime Time performances and yet another fireworks show!
Committed to providing affordable fun, ticket options include both matinee and all-access passes. Even better, kids age 2 and under are free. Advanced admission purchase is required (link below).
