Don’t shop — swap! Arlington County is offering free Halloween costumes at its Solid Waste Bureau — a great way to score a “new-to-you” costume without spending a dime!
Costumes are available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis.
Have costumes to pass along? Drop off gently used costumes at the same location through November 6, 2026 — no rips, tears, or stains (unless they’re part of the look!). Please include all pieces and accessories.
