We’ve been contemplating a home remodel for a while. However, with the pandemic, we’re nervous about beginning the process. What are some steps that Moss Building & Design has put into place during this time to help reassure your customers?

We understand and absolutely empathize — things have changed globally, and we all have to adapt to a “new normal.” That being said, MOSS has been conducting virtual business for a long time, so we feel we are ahead of the curve on the current situation!
We routinely recommend doing design research online and have a broad portfolio of our work for you to peruse on our website, social media communities, and more. Also, we offer online “face-to-face” meetings, as well as phone calls, to chat about your remodel and conduct virtual design sessions from the comfort of your home.
Moss follows all safety protocols, and now, during COVID-19, we conduct strict health and safety checks every day for every customer and every employee who enters a customer’s home. Also, we understand that each customer’s comfort level is different. If you start remodeling, but want to “pause” (and your home is livable, of course!), we understand.
