This annual paw-some event is back! See the Running of the Chihuahuas in all its glory on May 15, 2022!
This super-funny event is free to watch and takes place at the Wharf with the Potomac River as the backdrop! These dog-eat-dog races, 70-foot sprints on District Pier, are free to view and are open to the public.
All dogs, regardless of their breed, are welcome at The Wharf, but only Chihuahuas may race. Some Chihuahuas may not be purebred, but in the spirit of fair competition, race dogs are asked to be typical Chihuahua size. Click the link below for more details to register your dog or be a spectator!
