You’re invited to swap, save, and spook in style at Herndon Parks & Rec’s Children’s Halloween costume exchange on October 9-10, 2026.
Hosted at the Herndon Community Center, donate your gently used children’s costumes from September 21-October 8, 2026 (please place each costume in its own bag to help with sorting). Return October 9-10, 2026, and pick out something new for your child. It’s a fun and budget-friendly way to get your little ghosts, superheroes, and princesses ready for Halloween!
This free opportunity is open to all families; no registration is required. Costumes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two costumes per family.
