This event has passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

The National Zoo becomes a twinkling winter wonderland once again this year during their annual ZooLights event November 23, 2018-January 1, 2019!

Free and open to the public, the zoo hosts plenty of festive seasonal attractions and fun for all to enjoy, including their dazzling light show set to music! More than 500,000 LED lights transform the zoo, making your visit even more spectacular!

Enjoy live music, visiting animals, and taking a ride on The Smithsonian’s National Zoo Choo-Choo! Plus, go snow-less tubing or spin ‘round on the Speedwell Foundation Conservation Carousel!
