The National Zoo becomes a twinkling winter wonderland once again this year during their annual ZooLights event on November 29-January 1, 2020!

Free and open to the public, the zoo hosts plenty of festive seasonal attractions and fun for all to enjoy, including their dazzling light show set to music. More than 500,000 LED lights transform the zoo, making your visit even more spectacular!

This year, ZooLights has also added Entre Les Rangs, an amazing field of shimmering and swaying lights, as well as glowing animal lanterns – featuring pandas, monkeys, elephants, and more – that can be found throughout the park. Visitors and guests will also enjoy live music, the return of ZooTubes, the Grump Holiday Market (Dec 6-8), and rides on the Zoo Choo-Choo! Plus, spin ‘round on the Speedwell Foundation Conservation Carousel!
