Goodbye (…For Now) to this Indoor Play Destination

By DullesMoms, July 2020

EcoFunPlay, a relatively new indoor play space for young children, is temporarily closing.

In a Facebook message on June 19, 2020, EcoFunPlay posted:

“The last couple of months have proven incredibly challenging for small businesses, especially for EcoFunPlay. Our business was open for less than six months before we had to shut our doors for the health and safety of our community in March. In an effort to continue to provide value to our community, we have decided to press pause on EcoFunPlay until it’s safe to re-open.”

“This week we will be temporarily moving out of our space, as a retailer takes over temporarily. We are developing a game plan to ensure the safety of children, parents, and their families. We will continue to share helpful parenting tips, crafts, and activities, and can’t wait to celebrate with you once we re-open soon!”

EcoFunPlay is an eco-friendly play space for young children that provides them with an environment that sparks creativity and promotes learning through play.

EcoFunPlay believes children should live and play in a happy, healthy, nurturing space that is non-toxic, accessible, and fun! Every toy and surface, as well as the play area, is non-toxic, BPA and PVC free, and made of plant-based materials.

Before their temporary closure, you could find them at Pike 7 Plaza, located at 8387 Leesburg Pike, Ste. 20, Vienna, VA 22180. Stay tuned for updates and re-opening details.
