Join Port Discovery for Homeschool Day – a day of excitement, exploration, and learning, all by the way of play! Embark on a self-guided journey throughout the three floors of fun Port Discovery has to offer and tap into special workshops offered just for homeschoolers on these special days.

On February 23, 2024, become an aerospace engineer! Learn about Sounding Rockets and how they carry science tools, not astronauts, into space. Choose the tools for your rocket’s mission then design, build, and launch your own rocket. (Workshop sessions are held at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm).
