Colin Booth will be at the Loudoun Ice Centre in person, on December 20 & 21, 2023, to run the Brain Gym Camp, featuring Off-Ice Cognitive Skills Training.

Players will go through a series of off-ice stations working on cognitive skills such as:

• Multi-Object Tracking
• Information Processing
• Balance
• Reaction Time
• 360-Degree Visual Perception
• Hand-Eye Coordination
• Go-No Go Response
