PEP Parent Webinar: Building Executive Functioning Skills in Children

Mar 18, 2026 @ 8:00 pm-9:00 pm

Executive functioning can be a real challenge for kids and adults alike. It requires a combination of identifying and managing a series of tasks, collaborating with others, regulating emotions, and staying focused to the finish. While strengthening these skills is a main focus for kids with ADHD, autism, or other diagnoses, any child can benefit from strategies to boost their ability to organize and complete tasks.

In this webinar, on March 18, 2026, you will learn:

• What executive functioning (EF) is and how EF challenges play out in our children’s daily lives
• Concrete strategies and tips for helping your child manage time and tasks
• Concrete strategies and tips for supporting your child’s emotional regulation in order to better prioritize tasks, maintain focus and transition between activities
