Ice Skating Guide › Reston Town Center
An icy wonderland awaits you at Reston Town Center! You’re invited to their covered pavilion to enjoy their outdoor ice rink!
Open from November 7-March 8, 2026 (weather permitting; advanced admission purchase highly recommended), the rink offers a variety of operating hours, including holiday skates!
Need skates? Rent them at the rink! Their skate shop is stocked with more than 500 pairs of skates ranging from size eight toddler to men’s size 15, in figure and hockey styles. Try the double-bladed, flat-edge skates for beginners until you’re ready to glide into a single-bladed skate in sizes 8-13. You can even rent skate aids to help you gain balance on the ice.
Parking is fee-based at Reston Town Center. However, garage parking is free after 5 pm Monday-Friday and all day Saturday-Sunday. Plus, enjoy free parking around the holidays, too.
