Sterling families, mark the calendars! Star Spangled Sterling returns to Sterling Middle School on June 26, 2026, for a full evening of Independence Day fun, capped by a spectacular fireworks display!

Grab a blanket and come hungry — a great lineup of food vendors will be on-site, including Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, Kona Ice, El Chef Latino, SkrimpShack, taTu Kitchen, and Waffle Creations. DJ Greenzie keeps the energy going all evening, and the Loudoun United FC Fan Zone adds even more excitement to the mix.

Kids will have plenty to keep them busy with balloon animals, face painting, a moonbounce, mechanical bull rides, rock climbing, an obstacle course, a hammer throw, and a soccer target. Plus, free glow sticks, ice pops, and other Independence Day giveaways while supplies last!

A few things to know before heading out:

• Free parking is available — arrive early as lots fill up
• Bring your own lawn chairs; blankets are welcome on the grass
• No personal fireworks, sparklers, outside alcohol, or pets in fireworks viewing areas
