The National Zoo becomes a twinkling winter wonderland once again this year during their annual ZooLights event on select Days, November 24-December 30, 2023!

The zoo hosts plenty of festive seasonal attractions and fun for all to enjoy, including this dazzling light show set to music. More than 500,000 LED lights transform the zoo, making your visit even more spectacular! Stroll through immersive lantern displays showing rainforest, grassland, desert, ocean and polar habitats, and the animals that call them home.

Visitors and guests will also enjoy live musical performances, delicious treat offerings, and plenty of opportunities for holiday shopping.

New for 2023, ZooLights will have a ticket price of $6 per individual (details below). Each attendee, including children over the age of 2, will need a ticket. Parking is available for pre-purchase online at $30 per vehicle.
