During the holidays, Leesburg Animal Park’s 21 acres transform into a magical Christmas Village, glowing with thousands of holiday lights. Join them on select evenings, from December 5-23, 2026.
Step into the illuminated barn to pet and feed the animals, then zip down the giant hill slides — all lit up for the season! Little ones can hop aboard the mini Christmas train, saddle up for a pony ride (for an extra fee), burn off energy in the indoor kids’ play zone, and get crafty in the Christmas craft room.
Santa Claus will be visiting too — ready to take pictures with good little boys and girls, plus, the Grinch will drop by to stir up a little mischief on select nights, too! Holiday photos with live animals are available, as well.
End your evening fireside. Roast marshmallows and make the perfect s’more (kits available for purchase).
