Unwind and get creative in this hands-on succulent workshop led by Meadowlark Horticulturist Ben Anderson. Learn the basics of succulent care while designing your own beautiful dish garden to take home.

During this guided workshop, you’ll select and arrange 4–5 succulent plants in a 12-inch shallow dish, finishing your design with decorative pebbles for a polished look. As you create, you’ll also learn about proper care, plant selection, and design tips to help your garden thrive long after the workshop ends.

The program will be held outdoors at the Children’s Picnic Pavilion on May 16, 2026, with an indoor location available in case of inclement weather.
