Building Executive Functioning Skills in Children

Executive functioning can be challenging for both children and adults, involving the ability to organize tasks, collaborate with others, regulate emotions, and maintain focus through completion. While these skills are often emphasized for children with ADHD, autism, or other diagnoses, every child can benefit from strategies that strengthen their ability to manage responsibilities.

This webinar explores what executive functioning is and how challenges appear in daily life. Parents will gain practical strategies to help children manage time and tasks, as well as tools to support emotional regulation so kids can better prioritize, stay focused, and shift between activities. Registration includes live access, handouts, resources, and session recordings. Designed for parents of children in elementary through middle school, the program offers clear guidance to help kids thrive.
