On January 19, 2026, Frying Pan Farm Park hosts a unique service opportunity for the whole family! At their Martin Luther King Jr. Service and Learning Event, kids and families will rotate through stations to learn about the Civil Rights Movement, as well as participate in a community service project. Dr. King was deeply committed to serving others and advocating for compassion, justice, and equality. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, often called a “Day of Service,” is a day to honor his vision and efforts by continuing his work in the community.
